 The nursery is set on an 11 acre site a few minutes drive from the M25 near Chertsey, Surrey. It is open 7 days a week to the public and trade alike. Opening times are 8.30-5.00pm Monday- Saturday, 10-4pm Sundays.

Pantiles offer an extremely large and unusual selection of plants and trees for gardens of all descriptions. In addition to plants we stock a wide range of products for the home and garden, some of these are exclusive to our web shop.

Information that we hold 
When you buy online from Pantiles Nurseries, we will have your email address, telephone number and address.
This information is only stored so that we may contact you if there are any queries and to help with the delivery.

Pantiles Nurseries will keep a history of all purchases. This allows us to track your delivery and review your purchases.

If you register for our newsletter, your email details will only be used for the purpose of sending you updates on exclusive deals, offers, news, expert seasonal advice and tips. WE WILL NOT PASS ON OR SELL YOUR DETAILS TO ANY THIRD PARTY.

Description of Products
Each product purchased is sold subject to its Product Description. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the Website are correct. Although we aim to keep the Website as up to date as possible, the information, including Product Descriptions, appearing on this Website at a particular time may not always reflect the position at the exact moment you place an order.

All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus delivery.

If you require any clarification of product details please email and we will aim to reply to your query the same working day.
Refusal of Transaction

We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this Website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this Website. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from this Website whether or not that product has been sold, removing or editing any materials or content on the Website, refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

Out of Stock Items
If a product is out of stock after you order or we can only deliver part of your order we will contact you straight away, either by email or by phone. On contact with you we will explain the situation and offer any available alternatives, one of which will include cancelling your order.

Should you decide to leave any product on back order, you can contact us at any time for an update on the order or you can log into your online account to check status of your order.

Where we deliver
We deliver small items up to 1.2kg via Royal Mail & larger items up to 30kg via Parcelforce, throughout the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland, Isle of Anglesey, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles and The Scottish Islands).

An additional charge may be necessary for larger items and pallets to non mainland areas and the Scottish highlands, please ask for a quote.
Pallet deliveries will be restricted to kerbside only. All packaging materials will be the responsibility of the customer to dispose of.

We endeavour to dispatch
Royal Mail items the same day (for orders before 2pm), Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. Delivery normally takes 1-5 working days
Parcelforce items the next working day (order before 2pm). Delivery normally within 48 hours.
Large items over 30kg will go via a pallet courier company, usually within 48 hours. Delivery normally within 1 week of dispatch.

Please note the following:
Order cut-off for all delivery services is 2pm. Orders placed after 2pm will be treated, for the purposes of delivery, as having been placed the next working day.
Working days are defined as Monday – Friday (excluding bank and public holidays) – therefore any orders placed after 2pm on Friday will not be processed until Monday.
Larger deliveries may require a signature to confirm receipt. If a signature cannot be obtained, the carrier may ask a neighbour to sign for the delivery. Deliveries that require a signature will not be left if a signature cannot be obtained. If the carrier leaves the delivery with a neighbour or at your local post office, they will leave a card for you telling you where it is.
All delivery timescales are approximate and subject to availability. The precise timing of a delivery cannot be specified.

Tracking your order
We will send you an email at each stage of the process, i.e. when the order is placed, and when the order has been dispatched.
Items sent by Royal Mail will not be capable of being tracked, however those with Parcelforce or Pallet Couriers can be tracked if required.

Missing Parcels
In the unlikely event of your parcel going missing, please contact us via email or phone, if your parcel has not arrived within the expected time.

Short Delivery, Defective Goods or Damaged Goods
We strongly advise you to thoroughly check your goods upon receipt. To protect your interests, any claim concerning short delivery and/or damaged and/or defective goods found on delivery, or concerning damaged or defective goods found at a later date, must be notified as soon as possible by email to:

Plants will be dispatched carefully wrapped, they are living things and should not be left packaged on receipt, but immediately removed and put in a sheltered position outside until you are ready to plant. We advise planting within a week although most will survive longer but will require daily attention, particularly watering in the interim

Returns procedure
Please email us before returning goods to ensure the correct procedure is carried out to ensure it is dealt with efficiently. Different procedures may be necessary for different products.

Contract Cancellation - Distance Selling Regulations
You are entitled to cancel this contract if you wish to do so, provided you exercise your right no longer than 7 working days after the day on which you receive your delivery.
To exercise your right of cancellation you must give written notice to Pantiles Nurseries via letter or email with full details of your order. Notification by telephone is not sufficient.
If you exercise your right of cancellation after the items have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning your order to Pantiles Nurseries at your own cost.
Further, you must take reasonable care to ensure the items are not damaged in the meantime or whilst in transit. Pantiles Nurseries reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item if we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resaleable condition.

Collect In store
If you prefer to collect your items in store you must notify us at the time of ordering. You will receive an email confirming when the goods will be ready, this will usually be after 2 days.
Collection is restricted to Monday to Friday 8.30-5pm. When you collect your order, you will be asked for your order reference number. Please bring a printout of your order confirmation email as proof of purchase, along with proof of address, when you collect your order.
